If you mean Scientology when you write "It," then no, of course not. Nazi Germany was not built upon just one person; it took a great many to bring Hitler to power. Hubbard borrowed heavily from Hitler's lessons, and used the latest knowledge in hypnosis and mind control. He was incapable of achieving much, but in these things he did well.
