Is it a scientology policy to withhold evidence in the homicides they're involved with?

Greetings, Lunn!
Can you tell me what happened during Lisa McPherson's last 53 hours of life? The "baby watch" records that the Church of Scientology was maintaining some how managed to lose the last 53 hours and I'm wondering if you know what happened to them.
Thanks!

Hi.
The logs of Ms. McPherson's last three days of incarceration have been "lost" by the Church of Scientology. This is an astonishing even in itself, since there is probably no precedent for such a loss. Most of the log was "found" (see my FAQ) so one would think all of it would have been kept in the same place.
I suggest the Chiurch of Scientology look in their Red Box.

You know, I didn't think of that. The Feds and local Clearwater prosecutor needs to find out who was ordered to carry the "red box data" since he or she would be the individual who destroyed the evidence of the felonies.
I wonder if the prosecution has read Hubbard's policy on the red box data.
