The letters "GO" stand for "Guardian's Office." The letters "OSA" stand for "Office of Special Affairs." The two are one and the same.

The OSA is the criminal branch of the punishment arm of the Church of Scientology. This of the Nazi's "SS" and you will be thinking of the OSA. It performs illegal data-collection crimes and hurts people who tell the truth about Scientology.

The "Sea Org" is the Gestapo branch of the Church.

Hubbard seemed to like Nazi Germany since he made his Church look a lot like it. If Hubbard had been born in Germany he would have made a happy, eager Nazi.
