Just a quick addition to what Honorary Kid wrote.

The person who implemented the "Red Box" protocol has since escaped the Church of Scientology.

The Scientology offices with the most criminal documents are equiped with a truck that can carry away boxed-up documents at a moment's notice. Those documents will go to the "Gold Base" if it is not also being raided, or to "safe houses" that have been set up for OSA operatives to hide in.

All of this is documented by testimony by the Scientologists who set the plans up.
