While I am not familiar with Mark Bunker nor the event you mention, I must point out that the vast majority of Scientologists do not support such actions! Please understand that totally.
There are a great many Scientologists who have nothing to do with the Church of Scientology. See www.fza.org for details.
Even the vast majority of members of the Church of Scientology would have no knowledge of any "frame ups" of people by the Church. They therefore are not in a position to answer your question with anything ther what "What the hell are you talking about?"
I will look over your URL, but that is secondary to answering your question: the answer is "No, Scientologists do NOT support abuse of the law." I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE OBVIOUS, and I suspect you only asked to be abrasive. It is only a tiny group of people in the Church of Scientology, following policy, which committs such acts. Scientologists DO NOT condone such actions, because they do not know about them.
Is that clear enough?

Ah, okay. Yes, that's "clear enough." I did not mean to insult.
