By sending unsolicited commercial email to any Holysmoke.org e-mail addresses, you are stating that you accept my current consultation fees.

Here are my current consultation fees for unsolicited commercial email:

Message Storage - $50.00 per message per day.
Message Delivery - $50.00 per message.

A log is kept that tracks who sends messages and how many were sent by each sender. You will be billed via e-mail for the amount owed upon receipt of unsolicited commercial email.

By US Code Title 47, Sec.227 (a)(2)(B), a computer / modem / printer meets the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b)(1)(C), it is unlawful to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment, punishable by action to recover actual monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for EACH violation.
