Overrated is the adjective you can use for the cowrks- a new co-working space concept which is spreading their wings Mumbai, Chennai to Gurgaon. I own a small firm which is into digital marketing and advertising, needed to make my workplace more cost effective hence i took suggestion from a friend and decided to go for a co-working space.
There were 3-4 options available in Gurgaon which includes Regis, Vatika, Spaces, Weworks and cowrks including many other small time co-working spaces which my agent showed me. I am bound to write a review about cowrks as they seriously need to improve their policies and infrastructure because their sales executives are over-promising for sure.
4 reasons why you shouldn’t take a coworking space in cowrks gurgaon buliding
- Overrated: They charge 20-25k per seat which is a way too much for an average co-working space in gurgaon. Their food and beverage facility is average, internet is slow, IT management is late back and seats and workstations are normal. If i had to give them one price that won’t exceed 15k per seat
- Hidden Expenses after you book the workstation you will be introduced to various hidden expenses which would be beyond your calculation and budget. So be very sure you make things very very clear before you get into an agreement with them..
- Rude Staff: The sales team act like they have build Tajmahal and talk like you don’t have any option apart from cowrks in gurgaon. Refund policy is very strange and their agreement is not client friendly.
- Connectivity: Last but not the least their building is situated near Airtel building and if you want to connect to they highway you would have to drive 1 kms just to take the U-turn, specially in the evening it becomes very hectic and traffic consumes a lot of time.
Your opinion might be completely different but i would give a strong suggestions to everyone out there, Don’t sign an agreement before you are 100% sure of your budget, requirements and feasibility.
