The victim alleged that the doctor restrained her and pulled her shirt down while forcibly squeezing her breast, during the time of her treatment, police said.
SAN PEDRO, CA – Police asked for public’s reaction and response on Thursday, to find any additional victims of a San Pedro chiropractor accused of sexually assaulting a female patient.
Rustin Craig Wilson was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Monday and taken to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Harbor Station, as he was suspected of felony sexual battery, officials said.
According to sheriff’s inmate records, the 32 year old Wilson was released later that day, after posting $25,000 bail. Also, according to inmate records, he is scheduled to appear in Long Beach Superior Court on Oct. 3.
The victim claimed that she went to see Wilson for chiropractic treatment in the 500 block of Seventh Street in San Pedro, on May 12, police said.
The victim alleged Wilson of inappropriate sexual conduct. Police said, he had restrained her and pulled her shirt down while forcibly squeezing her breast during the treatment. Wilson also told the woman to say to the police that this never happened.
