I ordered a headlight for an ’04 Dodge Stratus on March 25. I received an email confirming my order. Then on the 26th, I was sent another e-mail containing the freight amount. However, I typed my credit card info and missed one number. So, they contacted me via e-mail on the 26th and provided a phone # to contact them. I called right away, they answered immediately and corrected the number. He told me this headlight was in stock and would ship the 26th or 27th if it was too late for UPS that day. No problem…told me it would be here by the 29th or 30th; I would get a UPS notification as soon as shipped. Approx. 2 weeks went by and when I still didn’t have a notification, but my credit card had been charged so I started calling. I have called at least 10 times, left 3 messages. I have sent them at least 10 e-mails and GOT NO RESPONSE! Finally, on the 9th of April I get a notification from UPS that it has shipped. Okay, so I calmed down. When the headlight FINALLY arrived, it was for a 2001-2002 and did not fit. So, they said they “occasionally” ship the wrong part, so if this happened, they would pay for return shipping and send out the correct one. Guess what? I STILL can’t get a hold of them to correct this issue and it’ll be 2 weeks tomorrow. More e-mails, more messages, no response. I am going to send back the light at MY cost and contact my credit card company to go get my $$ back! TJB Seattle, WashingtonU.S.A.
