I ordered a spoiler from this company from their website. Given there elaborate web site, I thought that it would be shipped soon. After 3 weeks, I called and the operator told me that it would ship on Monday. I checked their web site on Friday and it wasn’t shipped. I called back and the woman said that it would ship on Monday. (they like Monday’s). I could tell that she didn’t look it up, so I asked her “How do you know, you didn’t look it up”. She said “All of our orders are shipping Monday”. This sounded fishey to me so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it had to be done over the internet. I knew that was no good, because I have sent them numerous E-mails and never got a reply. She then put me on hold, and never returned. I then called back, angry of course and I talked to someone else. That person did look up my order or so it seemed and said that they just received them today, and it will ship tomorrow. Yea Right!! Anyway I found this site through a search engine and found that others have had the same problem. They called me back again and said it was on back order, after they just told me it was in stock.
