On 5/27/2003 I purchased an extended warranty on my 1997 Jaguar from 1Source Auto Warranty. The total purchase price was $3829.00. It was for a 4 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I traded the car in on March 21st 2004 and called this warranty company on March 22nd and canceled the agreement as outlined in their contract. I filled out the necessary paperwork and faxed it to them. As stated in their contract it is Arizona State Law, which clearly states that they cannot deduct any paid claims from any pending refund. I have called and emailed these people on several occasions and have been getting the run around. The last time I talked to them they said I would be contacted no later than Tuesday April 6th 2004 with the information I have requested. They will not respond to any emails and are basically doing nothing. Well, it is now Monday April 26th and still no reply. Your help is appreciated. Kenneth Scottsdale, ArizonaU.S.A.
