We took scooter to them to have them fix the throttle cable. They told us it wouldn’t be a problem because they were taking parts off of another scooter. Our son went to get it. When he got it back home he asked us about the cracks in the side, we were going to take it back to to 1st Choice and confront them on it. We were unable to get it started and thought it odd since we put a new battery in it just a three days prior(and they knew this because of small talk we had with them prior to them fixing it) Upon further examination of our scooter we realized that they not only stole the battery and replaced it with one they had they also took our good parts off of it and put on their broken/cracked parts, burnt out headlight, and instrument panel. We called them they denied it, we called the police, we drove down and confronted them face to face they denied it, we reported them to the BBB and are taking them to small claims court on AUGUST 9th.
