It is quite obvious that doctors are considered as the patient’s best friend and the same I also thought when I went to the 20/20 INSTITUTE for my treatment. But unfortunately, I had an experience I would never forget in my life. It was so worst that I cannot even think to express it in the words. I still remember, it was Monday when I was working in my office and suddenly I felt stomach ache. For a while I ignored it but soon after some time it became unbearable and I immediately started looking for a doctor. While searching, I got to know about the 20/20 INSTITUTE. I looked forward to their website which seemed very promising and genuine. Therefore I decide to call them to book my appointment with the doctor so that I can start up with my treatment soon. But disappointingly, nobody picked up the call. I later personally went to their hospital to get an appointment fixed but it was quite shocking for me to see their hospital as it was very unhygienic and smelling vey unpleasantly. The receptionist was very rude and did not talk to me properly. She further booked my appointment and allowed me to met the doctor. But the doctor was very unprofessional. He miss treated me and even prescribed me the wrong medicines due to which I had to undergo a severe surgery of my stomach. It was really very unexpected from a doctor. He was so irresponsible and careless that I would never suggest anyone to visit them and to get their treatment done by them. They are just fake and give false hopes to their patients. They have no respect towards the profession they are following and even don’t follow any ethics and values related to the same.
