After getting a $5 Groupon for a self-inking stamp, I ordered one to use on wedding invitations on February 11, 2018. I let the stated 10-14 day shipment time expire before writing an inquiry about the status. They pointed out that a “high volume of orders may slightly delay production time.” After 22 business days, I inquired again. It took a full week for them to even answer my email, still without a shipping estimate. By the time, the invitations had been sent, and the need for the stamp passed. So, the following day, March 14th, I sent a cancellation of my order. What a coincidence that it shipped about 12 hours later! They never acknowledged my cancellation. It arrive March 20th. I am severely disappointed in the quality and that I had to assemble to plate to the stamper myself. I am partly blind. If I had known this was “some assembly required, ” I never would have ordered it. On March 22nd, I received an offer of $5 off anything on their site. I have refused it. They charge a premium for poor quality and service, which is represented as the opposite on their site. What they deliver, when they get around to it, is not worth even a fraction of the cost charged.
