According to them, they are an all-in-one monetization company that gives easy expansion chances to businesses by simplifying the back-end difficulties of digital commerce. But maybe they are overconfident with their idea.
Undoubtedly, the idea is different but proving it the best is a tough task. Being the bridge between two firms and giving them the hope of increased profit is a risk. Owners get the hope of more profit and increased market share but if they get dissatisfying services, they not only lose faith in you but their market share and profit falls too. 2Checkout has been providing services for a long time. Recently, websites like pissedconsumer.com have been updated with negative reviews about their services. They have rated 2Checkout 2 stars out of 5 in terms of their customer service, website, product or service quality. They have rated their customer service 1 star, their website, and product or service quality 2 stars. The reviews show that lately, 2Checkout have not been able to meet customers’ expectation and their performance is below average.
My friend reported that he owns an online store for which he has a 2Checkout payment gateway. Lately, he has been complaining that 2Checkout has not transferred a single penny in my account and they are keeping his money though he fulfills their minimum requirement to get eligible to receive his wire transfer. He sold more than double of this limit. He has been trying to contact the customer service team of 2Checkout but all his emails are unseeded by the management of 2Checkout and he is pissed by this behavior.
Your customer service should be great to provide the services to your customer and the merchant industry which 2Checkout is in seems to be very competitive so you have to meet your customer’s expectations. One of their customers tried to set up his merchant account at 2Checkout but was disappointed with their services saying that unlike other merchant providers where you receive phone calls to guide you through the process. Here, at 2Checkout they just send you an email regarding the process and ask you for the documents of the business. The customer urged that they were so unprofessional and at last they rejected his application. He was disappointed with the way their attitude was and certainly, he would prefer other options now.
