We were contracted to produce a product and had so for this client for about two years. On their last order the client reduced the quantity very low and after agreeing to pay the bill in full (I have written proof) the client later refused to pay but accepted all goods. There was no dipute over quality or quantity of goods client just refussed to pay full price and only paid what he wanted. It was explained by their accountant “sometimes people underpay and you just have to write it off”. I’m sorry but this is not ethical and not how business should be conducted. Please help me stop this company form bullying others and shorti paying their vendors.
