3MC put the wrong parts on my car, and they put the right ones on improperly. They are inconsiderate, and lead false promises. I took my car there after an accident, and they gave me an estimate. The estimate changed 3 times, and I was unsatisfied with their work. They said that they forgot parts on the estimate, and that I had to pay for the parts that they forgot to put in the estimate. After I had paid all of the money, They told me that my car would be ready in 3 days. 3 days turned into 3 weeks. They said that they could not get the parts for my car and said that they would call me. They never called me, and I had to keep calling them, and they continually lied to me. I stopped by the shop, and my car had not been touched. To make it even worse, once they gave me a final day to come get the car, I got there, and the bumper was not even on. They rushed to put the bumper on, and it is on improperly, and loose. Then, to top it off, I had to pay 206.14 more because they forgot another part. And my paints are off. Still, I’m not done. A few days later, I turn on my AC, and it is hot air coming out of the vents. I call them to let them know, they do not return my calls, and continue to lie to me.
