I was having a stereo installed at this store in crestwood. After I paid for the install, I looked in my car and seen wires and small pieces of my radio trim everywhere, I had just vacuumed my car the day before. After I drove off I noticed that the cut the trim around my radio, That trim was part of my car. There was a 1/2 inch gap underneath the radio, It looked horrible, I immediatly complained to the manager at that store, his name was, ED HILDRETH. Plus later did I know that the radio that caused me so much trouble, was not even installed right. everytime you shut off the car the time, presets, will not be right. ED the manager at that store, said I would have to bring It back tomorrow. I told him that I wanted it fixed right now. After Arguing with him, he tried to refund my $50.00 for installing it wrong, but nothing about the trim in my car not to mention all of the scratches, around there that were made. Finally he gave me a CUSTOMER CLAIMS REPORTING FORM. And after all this I still have heard nothing, Bestbuy is all about making money and does not care whatsoever about the people that do buissness with them. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A BESTBUY AGAIN!!!!! Brian chicago, IllinoisU.S.A.
