Joe Sinclair is a profesional ebay rip-off artist. He discribes item as new or in perfect condition and sends you junk. When asked for a refund, he agrees but does nothing after you return the item. I think a long stay in jail would be appropriate for old Joe considering all the people he has riped off. I filed a complaint with ebay and Paypal. They claim that they sent me an email for shipping info. I never recieved one. They dropped the case and let this criminal continue to do business on ebay. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I didn’t live all the way on the other side of the country, I would pay Joe a visit and get my money back one way or another. Don’t do business with this a**. Gary Cottonwood, CaliforniaU.S.A.
