I purchase hair from this owner. The hair was suppose to be virgin hair that I could dye or process chemically of any sorts. I dyed the hair and it matter and dreaded within a week, and also gave me a rash. I explained to owner I was given a bad batch of hair that was not virgin , the owner agreed and promise to give a discount on my next purchase. After reaching out for the discount , the owner blocked me from all ways of contact
