They stole my money and even when I canceled my booking, they didn’t give me my fund back. They are nothing more than a bunch of liars. I wish I never contacted these people in the first place. They have a cool-looking website and it might trick you. Don’t believe them! They say they care about their customers. Again, that’s a lie. These people are nothing but a bunch of thieves. I run a successful business and I know what’s it like to serve customers properly. I can tell you, this company, 702 Helicopters, doesn’t treat its customers properly in any sense. Their customer support is a joke. All you get is a long call on hold and some Indian guy on the other end of the call. They have outsourced their customer support and most of the times the rep doesn’t even understand you. It’s a helicopter touring company, so you’d expect them to offer you a quality customer experience. Well, don’t expect anything. My experience with these people was pathetic. I had contacted them to get a simple helicopter tour. I was planning it as an anniversary surprise for my spouse. When I made the booking for the date, these people first agreed. They even took the advance. I was glad at that time. But then, a day later, I get a call from 702 Helicopters, saying that they have postponed my date to a week later. I thought they were joking at first. Because when you have taken an advance on a booking, you aren’t supposed to change its date. Well, they weren’t joking. They really changed my booking date. When I got the news, I just told them that I don’t need their services then and asked them to cancel my booking. Those stupid morons canceled my booking but didn’t issue me a refund. And they had taken a generous sum from me in advance. I contacted them a little later about the advance and the refund. They told me it’ll take a few days. So I waited. I waited for around a week and a half. And even after all that while, I didn’t get any refunds. I contacted them again and they gave me a reply. After waiting for around 3 weeks, I realized they were lying to me. I contacted their customer support again and asked to talk with their superior. The superior told me that they will issue a refund soon. But they never did. I have lost hope from them. I just wanted to alert others about the terrible customer service of 702 Helicopters. This is the first luxury company I’ve seen which has such rubbish and trashy customer service. If they had cooperated even a little I might have thought of hiring them in the future but now I’m certain that I’m not hiring them at all. And I hope my story will help you in making a good decision as well.
