A-1 Auto &Collision Repair Center

In september 2005, we took a 1952 chevy deluxe 4-door to A-1 Auto in vincennes, in. for body work,paint and flame job and several other minor repairs. They kept car for nearly 10 mths and and only after much prodding did they finally paint the car. None of the body or chrome work was done. All that was done was they sprayed black paint over the paint that was already there and did a very shoddy job. We had kept in contact with this buisiness the entire time, they continually lied about the progress on the car. We found out latter that when he kept saying it was at the other shop having this and that done, it was in the back room untouched. They refuse to refund any money and we are left with a car in worse condition than before it went in to the shop. They put the battery in backwards and messed up the starter because cars this age are positive ground. Which is something they were suppose to know amoung other things. Help!
