A 1 Chrysler Dodge

Heads up, just wanted everyone to know if you are contacting Chrysler or Dodge Customer Service (the number is 1-800-992-1997), you are not really talking to a rep that works for Chrysler. It is a 3rd party contracted company in another country ( the rep will not disclose the company location, only they are not affiliated w/h chrysler. So, if you have a complaint, and are trying to get compensated or resolved, don’t bother calling. They can only take comments, don’t waste your time. THEY HAVE NO ABILITY TO HELP RESOLVE AN ISSUE. It’s funny how Americans Citizens not only keep the 3 major car manufacturers in business by purchasing their crappy engineered vehicles, we now are paying them loans to keep them from going bankrupt. What do we get in return, they lay off their american workers and send their customer service reps to another country. So, the next time someone tells you to buy american made vehicle, you tell them it’s about the same thing as buying a foreign car. I for one am sick and tired of putting up w/h crap engineering. I have a 3.5 year old Grand cherokee, the iginition switch is broke, cost is $350.00 to repair. Chrysler won’t stand behind their work. These types of poor engineering mis haps happen to me all the time w/h american cars, I get a new one every 4 years, my wife has a Honda Civic, 5 years old, not a problem since we purchased it new. TELL AMERICAN CAR COMPANIES WE WON’T TOLERATE THEIR CRAP ANYMORE, DON’T BUY THEIR CRAP UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACTS TOGETHER. I told chrysler they have lost a customer over a $300 part. They don’t seem to care much. Oh well, this is my last American Made Car!
