I called this company on December 22nd asking about their parking services and was told that they had plenty of spots available for parking. I asked if I needed a reservation to hold my spot and the person I spoke with said as long as I was in by 5:00, I would be fine. I even mentioned it being the Xmas holiday and that sounded surprising to me but I told him I would bring my car in at 5:00. My flight was scheduled for 7:00 so I would have plenty of time to drop my car and then take the shuttle to the airport. I drove into the lot at this location and the guy working in the lot asked me if I had a reservation and when I mentioned that I was told that I didn;t need one, he told me that I needed to go inside. I then went inside and the two guys behind the counter were two of the rudest, unproffesional people I have ever encountered, they told me they were only taking people with reservations. I explained the situation and one of the guys was on the phone with the owner and when I mentioned that I had been told I didn’t need one and gave my name the guy on the phone suggested he didn’t remember speaking with me. I was furious and asked what they could do as the airport lot was almost completely full at this point and last minute premium parking at the airport was going to cost me almost $20 a day versus the $7 a day they had promised. They said nothing and that was it. I called and told them I was going to list my experience on this site and they told me to F-off. Do not use this business as they tell you one thing and then no reliability. My trust in them cost me almost $200 due to the last minute screw job they threw at me.
