A Better Way WholesaleAutos

On 2/25/12 my wife and I drove to A Better Way Auto to look at used Vehicles and while inside the parking lot we had the unpleasure of meeting Amy Bradshaw a sales person. We picked out a vehicle with Amy test drove it, and the car was real loud but Amy told me that if I purchased the car that it would drive like new. We went back to the sales office and Amy aksed me for a deposit, she said that that it had to $2000.00 said I had $1000.00 and I gave it to her. Amy than asked me to intial a sales form which included a line that said DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE .. I never saw this line on the sales form and I never intialed it, however, somehow the next week when I found out what the monthly payments and fees would be on the car, and said I changed my mind because i couldn’t afford it, Amy said I couldn’t get my deposit back. I said why, and she showed me on the sales form where I intialed next to it, I immediatly called the police and filed a report. The Manager Michael Bowe threatened to kick me out the lobby and onto the sidewalk if I asked for my $1000.00 deposit again. When THE police came I filed a report and now Im taking those SCUMB BAGS TO COURT ! Stay away from this place !
