A Blue Knight Transport

This company agreed to provide the service of shipping my car from Phoenix AZ to Rochester MI. They quoted me a price of $740 and promised to pick the vehicle on 5/13/09. They did not pick up the car with in the time frame ( 7 business days) promised. I began to call and the reception was rude, no one would call me back. I kept calling and the reception promised to have the dispatcher call me back, no call. I called again, the receptionist yelled at me and then hung up on me. I then learned that the company double billed my bank account. I called back and reception refuse to let me speak to an owner or manager. I called later that evening and spoke to a dispatcher, Juan. He was much nicer but could not help me. However, he promised to have John, the owner, call me back the next day. To my surprise, Juan called me the next ( 5/22/09) to inform that my car would be picked up on 5/26/09 and proceed to give some excuse about the driver being sick. I then asked to speak with John about my account. He put John on the phone and John promised to investigate and gave me another unbelievable reason why this incident of double billing had occurred. Well, it is 5/27/09/. I have called back 3 times and nothing; no money and no car. I am out of $1480 and desperate to put an end to this company’s shenanigans and get my money so I can get my car shipped.n about my account. I had to close my bank account. I am still out $1480.
