We paid Jeremy DeVinney 2560.00 to replace our driveway in April 2014. Got nothing but the runaround and lies and excuses about why our driveway had not been replaced. I have MANY emails and texts promising the job would be done. Asked him if the company was in trouble and he says “everythings fine”. Finally, toward the end of August we hired a reputable contractor to do the Man Work. I contacted Jeremy and told him his company was fired and that I would seek legal action for fraud on his part. He set up a supposed “payment plan” that he said he could handle, woth last payment due the end of March 2015. Never got a single payment. Sued him in small claims courts as of 5-11-2015. I doubt this slick dude will ever make up what he owes to ANY of us.
