I took my vehicle in to A&C Automotive (6974 Paramount Blvd Long Bch CA ) on June 1st 2000 looking go get a thermostat whice was diagnosed by my local service sation, and I also was having a problem with my dashlight switch. I requested a thermostat and I told the owner that I think I have a short in my dashlight when I turned the light on it would go out when I was driving. The owner said he would check everthing out and call me back. When he called me back he had a list of item that I needed done, I told him I would like to stop the overheating and lights only. When I went to pickup the vehicle he replaced the radiatior and electrical repair wiring when I turned the lights on they did not come one the mechanic proceeded to play with the dimmer switch and told me not to touch it leave it in this position and the lights will work, but that night the car was still overheating and I did not have any lights. I took the car back and I was told I needed a thermostat which I asked for when I came in and a dashlight dimmer switch. My response was this is what I asked for in the beginning but I was charge twice for work I did not need immediately and the work that I originally requested.
