I got contacted by scott radin as I replied to the ad he placed on bizbuysell. I have been interested in getting into the commercial brokerage business in South Florida. | After several days, he started to be very pushy telling me that we needed to move on asap otherwise he would find someone else. | I called him and we went over a couple of issues I had regarding the agreement he wanted me to sign.The deal sounded too good to be true and I became concerned about making that investment. | So I went online and ran into the report that someone had left a few years ago on this website. The person was complaining that the business is a total scam and showed the evidences that she had against him. | Therefore, I decided to walk out of the deal and texted Radin accordingly. He texted back to me saying that i was a moron, that I must have voted for Hilary, that i was an immigrant that should know how to speak English using the F word, threathening me, etc, etc.. | I have kept those text messages just in case I need to display them online or show them to a legal counsel . | His reaction to my decision is obviously not the one of a serious business broker or business person. He got very mad because i found out about his scam. | I truly wish to thank the person that left that great report online as I saved myself $18,500 today.
