A few weeks before our wedding, I hired ‘A Touch of Class Music’ to coordinate for my wedding after reading great feedback about them. Their service was below my expectations and I had the worst experience with them. They had no dedication to organize the event perfectly. The female coordinator I worked with was not organized, inefficient and had the least creative ideas for our wedding. She was in contact with a network of vendors and their goal was to mint as much money as they could. Packages for flowers, photo booths and rentals were highly-priced. On the day of the event, our coordinator arrived late at the resort where our wedding was being held, I got extremely nervous and had to make so many last-minute changes to ensure that everything was organized smoothly. I contacted the Venue hosts and they were courteous enough to help us bring a great bunch of Videographers and photographers on time. The makeup artist arrived late, all thanks to our super lazy coordinator. I had the perfect gown but could not get enough time to get my makeup done. I thought our planner would take care of little details and help me keep sane as I wanted to be the most important person on my special day, But she disappointed me with everything she was doing. I needed some props that would make the event hospitable, but the umbrellas and heat lamps that she ordered were of low standard too. One heat lamp kept falling off the hook which could have been dangerous, so I had to ask for a repairman to set it up all over again which wasted some more time. My husband and I had to start pre-wedding photoshoots and I got to know that 300 cupcakes which we ordered were not yet delivered to the resort neither the guest list to accommodate RSVP guests was to be found. Our coordinator and her team were busy munching sandwiches. After a lot of convincing and shouting, one of her team members rushed to get our stuff. The decorative team designed the venue with a simple and not very elegant style. I wanted a modern theme but they lacked creative ideas in almost everything. Touch of class music hired some old fashioned pianist and cellist for our ceremony and they started playing some classical pieces, My husband suggested to call for a DJ instead. The DJ they sent wasn’t perfect either! He did not have a wide variety of songs and the songs he mostly played were not dance-oriented. The guests seemed bored and disappointed as most of the songs they requested were not played. After the dinner hour, we played some of our music and lit up the environment and danced through the night.
I would never suggest A touch of class music to any couple. They are not at all professional and never deliver what they promise. If you want to ruin your wedding and waste money only then hire these bunch of losers.
