We purchased an engine for a diesel pick up from AA Rebuilt engines in July of 08the company didnt have a problem cashing our check although there was a problem getting the engine. We waited weeks and just kept calling.the engine finally arrived but there was no bill of lading attached to return the core.when ever we would call we got the run around od they just did not answer the phone or emails. The engine was suppose to be covered with a one yr warranty.the pick up that the engine was installed in (by a experencd machanic)did not even last 2000 miles. We were 700 miles away from home. I then called AA told them that the engine did not even last 2000 miles and that it was still under warranty they had major attitudes and said they would call me back. Which they never did.I have sent several emails which on their answering machine it says for faster service send them an email.Believe me that does not work!!!!! I finally got someone on the phone and they stated they needed a detailed report from the person who installed the engine.I then got the report that they requested and know they wont answer the phone or emails so that i can get the fax number.the cost of the rebuilt engine was $4,205.00.the cost of renting a truck to tow our truck 700 miles was $800. So id say beware this company does not stand behind their product!!!!!
