AAM skin renewals AKA finesse face serum sold on popular sites like facebook claims to give you a 14 day free trial period to try the product charging the cost of shipping only for $4.95. They start counting from the day you order on-line, by the time the product gets to you it’s 10 days later and you have 4 days to try it which is not enough time to test the results. They charge your card the very next day (the 15th day after ordering date) for the full price of the FREE trial product in the amount of $89.53. When you call to cancel, they cancel future shipments automatically but refuse to return the $89.53 stating the trial period has ended and that you agreed to those terms when ordering. I’m sure those terms were in tiny print somewhere which no one reads. Products shouldnt have to trick consumers to try them. Much less should they then charge full price for a product they are claiming to be a free trial. Then I informed them I would be disputing the charge with my bank and they threatened to send my account to collections. I spoke to 2 representative and both were rude, nasty and arogant.
