My car was having transmission problems, so I drove it to AAMCO. The told me it would be a couple of days before they could contact me. They wanted more money than the car was worth, so I told them I wanted it back. I had no idea that they had filed a CA lien on the car before they contacted me. They send me a copy of the lien, but when I protested it CA stated I did not send it back in time. That is because AAMCO held it too long. They wanted $895.00 to put the car back together, I was not aware that they had taken it apart. I filed a complaint to the CA automotive bureau, that is when they took the car to Redland’s and fixed it to sell it. They refused to work with me, they only wanted what they wanted, not anything that I wanted. I tried to work with them, but they are evil and Greedy. So, the took my car and sold it.
