AAmco corporate and the CEO Marc Graham should do somthing about the work that is being done at their 900 locations, the AAmco of Lawrenceville Georgia charged over $2400.00 to rebuild my truck transmission and it lasted one year and one week, you would think it would last the lifetime of the truck, they put re-built parts on my truck, they do not care that you are still paying notes on the work you had done and once again have no truck to drive, I think it is about time that somthing is done about the work they do, they try to sell you an extra warranty, one for 3 years and one for lifetime, so they know their work will not be good, but when you read the fine print on the back even if you pay over $500.00 for the lifetime warranty, you still have to pay for the labor for them to remove the transmission, and different locations have a different price for this so you could end up spending another $688.00, so they get you coming and going. Do not use this company, they are rude and do not care if you are a single mother with no way to get to work after you have paid out the nose, you go to them thinking they are a good business, well known name..well that is not true, and I think Mr. Graham the president should be held accountable for the way these companies are run, all they do is sell a franchise and then the customer either gets a good location or a bad..I got a Bad one..and you would think with all the complaints this CEO would do somthing… All thye care about is money, not that they have happy customers with safe auto’s to drive after they are done, I am sick of companies thinking that they can treat customers like this and get away with it, well maybe after some Bad press and loss of business they might think other wise. I am sorry for the ones that are good and care made to look bad like the one in Lawerenceville GA. stay away from Scott over their…Oh and make sure you buy their warranty..so you can pay more after one year and a week… shame on you AAMCO and MR. CEO for not making sure your customers are taken care of…
