I recently had a very poor experience with this company. I called and asked them for what my mother asked to be repaired to be done. She called me and told me that she was confused about the service needed. The company was unprofessional, rude, and disorganized.Getting upset at a customer is never professional. The tone of voice by the person who answered the phone was clearly angry and hostel. I can understand that a person may become frustrated about someone calling often about the car. Which my mother did yesterday. I don’t know the amount but the person on the phone said that he spoke with her. I keep saying person on the phone because he never identified himself. Besides unprofessional, He was rude. When I called, I said that I was calling about my mothers car and he hung up on me. At first I thought it was because I was on a cell phone. However, when I called back. He pretended not to hear me. Then, I went inside to ensure the best sound quality and he did not pick up the phone until after 10 ++ rings. I had full bars on my cell phone at the location were I called from the first time. There was no reason for poor reception. During our call, He said, “I bet this is your mother on the other line. If it is her car is not going to be done for a week.”Lastly, the company was disorganized. They honestly had no clue what was needed to be done until I prompted them with, “She said a timing belt.” Then he said, “yeah, a timing belt. Yeah, a timing chain.”
