DO NOT RENT HERE!. Stay Clear of this place and avoid at all costs. We have lived here for almost 6 months and everything from the quality of the apartments, the rude staff, the drug users that walk around at all times of the night to the appliances in the apartments that never work. THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE RAN BY SMUG OVERWEIGHT WOMEN WHO DONT HELP THE TENANTS AND ARE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE ALONG WITH A CREEPY GUY THAT STALKS WOMEN AND HARASSES THEM. If you think I am exaggerating go to the reviews on yelp and google. They are a mile long and go back years. The creepy fat guy named collen dickey ((( REDACTED))) he uses his power to forcibly enter your apartment. If this guy doesn’t get busted for sexual assault in the near future it will be a d**n shame. The state authorities have been contacted and they are investigating the fact that single moms that live here seem to keep evicted and screwed with at a higher percentage that the state average. There has been a multitude of bed bug complaints here. If this message finds anyone that is thinking about moving here you would be better off sleeping on the corner in downtown phoenix. If you move in here they will fine, screw with you and make it miserable.
