HORRRRRREEEEENNNNNNDDDDOOOOUUUUUSSSSSSSSS. Customer service. Whether I called sales, tech support, customer service and eventually the Director. I was never a jerk or aggressive, just trying to get answers. I know how to get flies with honey not vinegar. Shockingly, this attitude was not reciprocated. The rudeness and briskness and outright disrespect to a customer of theirs was astounding to me. 7 phone calls in with no answer. And I didn’t even mind the typical run around, call here, call there, transfer here, that’s not my department and then transferred back to the first guy. I have encountered rough customer service before and a lot of the folks manning the front line phones have to deal with angry customers thus I can understand and give a bad attitude a pass. However, the way they treat their customers, based on other complaint I have read, this is the norm. The aggressive, dismissive, angry, humiliating, degrading, disrespectful way I was treated was simply unprecedented. At ALL levels the arrogance and customer service PREVENTION is incredible.
