I bought a set of $300 something viper drill bits from ace tool a couple of years ago. Was told they had a lifetime warranty is the only reason I was willing to pay so much for them. The salesman told me if I broke them damaged them or anything just call them up and tell them what sizes I need replaced. The bits were no where near what they advertised and I started breaking some almost as soon as I got them. I saved them up until I had several broken ones and emailed the company where they took note of the sizes and then a few days later told me they were no longer covered.
