I’m a very busy woman, I barely get enough time to sleep during the week, so when I need a service, I request for it to be done in record time. When it comes to repair shops, I have plenty of bad experiences to tell, but I’m here because there is one that gets the first place, and by far. I’ve dealt with many collision center owners before, and I knew not to get my hopes high, but the very least thing I expect from them is a finished job at a fair price, sometimes I don’t even ask for quality because I know most of them can’t offer it.
The owner of this center is different, he knows how to sell his business, listening to him speaking wonders of his employees, and the commitment they had with the customer, got me really interested in working with them, he made me think that this was the place where I would get quality results at a fair price, so I made my appointment for the next day.
I arrived about 10 minutes early, hoping we could finish the job early as well. But the person who was supposed to meet me wasn’t there yet, they said I could wait or see the appointment with someone else. Over the phone, the owner had told me that he couldn’t personally receive me, but he would get me an appointment with his best man, I thought that was a great detail, but if his best man didn’t even show up for the appointments, what kind of service should I expect from the others? I was not happy about the situation, but I needed the job done so I agreed to meet with someone else.
I think his name was Connor, and the first thing I have to say about him is that he was High! His clothes reeked, and he even had his eyes red, he wasn’t even trying to cover it up! I didn’t know how to ask for a different person, it seemed like they didn’t have anyone else working there, so I was stuck with Connor. On a regular day, maybe he was a good and attentive guy, but that wasn’t the case on that day, he could barely pay attention to what I was saying, started giggling for no reason, and every time I asked a question, he ignored me and talked about my hair as if it was the most fascinating thing in the world.
Thanks to this, I was not able to get any job done on my car, I went out with the same issue, I wasted my time and had a very uncomfortable experience. Honestly, that was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a collision center, these people feel no respect for their customers, they lie to your face and wash their hands as if you were not a big deal. Well, news for you owner, customers are the big deal! Thanks to them, you can keep on running your dirty business.
