I was contacted by ACH Cash Services, and was told that I was going to be sued in court because I had not paid my pay day loan in the amount of $500. the problem is that I never applied for one, they said they have the information and that my computer was used for this, are you real! They told me to get a “Money-Pak” Card that I could get at different stores, filled it with $150, by a specific date and that would be my first payment to my debt. Thank God there has been various investigations conducted by WABC-TV Channel 7 in NYC regarding the “Money-Pak” and this scam. When I asked for any other form of payment, they said this was the only one they would accept. Well, they can keep waiting. People, please do not fall for this stupid thing. First of all, a lawsuit because you didn’t pay a debt is not handled by Criminal court, it’s a civil matter, and no one can go to jail for not paying a debt. In my case, they didn’t get anything.
