Alan Fails of ACI Construction, hires his subcontractors, the cheapest he can find off of craigslist.. He does not pay then either in full and after the job is complete he beats them down somemore. Alan has limited construction experience, little knowedge of construction technique and scheduling and especially has no money to operate on constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul, so to speak. His checks are no good either… Do not work for this guy, he is a liar, rip off artist full of BS. Do not let him perform any work for you…You have no idea who he is hiring today to work on your projects.. BS Artist
