, I’m not sure if you receive my previous complaint, because the system seems antiquated to submit, so I am going to repeat what I had said in the previous email. I am a customer of the Midland Park New Jersey store . I shop there frequently and a iamb very dismayed about what I see going on there. The customer service is dismal at best, the morale amongst the employees again is dismal. I don’t see any leadership qualities from management personnel, it seems as though everyone that works there could kind of care less if the store succeeds or not. It is a shame because it was a stellar supermarket for years. I was at the customer service counter and the two women working behind the counter were about is unfriendly as jail guards. This was this past Sunday, May 20th. Not only were they rude, they were very unkempt, not great representatives for the management team for your store. Also while standing in line, I overheard one register clerk speaking to another about how they shop at Trader Joe’s. I find it quite ironic, and a bit insulting, because perhaps that is where I should be shopping. Their customer service is stellar, and they were people constantly asking if you need help with anything. Perhaps your corporate management team can take a note from their Book on how to run the store. I’m writing this because I feel as though the market seems to be sputtering, it is in a great location, but unless some serious 911 Takes please, I don’t see it surviving. Anyways I thought you just like to know., Sincerely, John P Dolan.
