Went to schedule an appointment to get my cooling system flushed. Asked for quote and the owner told me it would be $75.00. That was the only amount he told me. When i went there to get it done, today, he tells me it’s going to be $115.00. Now i have worked as a senior project manager for a contractor, and i have done hundreds of bids on multi-million dollar projects, and i know when i hear a final amount. $75.00 was the only amount he told me. Maybe he made a mistake, and maybe it’s still a good price but, it would be best to get all quotes in writing first. Am not complaining that they did anything wrong but it did cause me a lot of problems and totally ruined my plans for the day. So please understand i am not saying they are a bad company.
