Action Towing – Responded to the scene of an accident we had in the Durham NC area and towed our car to their lot.We realized that 3 pairs of sun glasses had been left in the car – valued at over $500, and immediately called them to arrange to pick up. They told us to hold off. We followed up a few days later and they said they did not have them, and they are no longer in the car!When we confronted the owner he immediately got belligerent and abusive. Calling us MFer this and that, threatening to kick our A–, etc. At one point he told us to “prove it!” and hung up.
