Adagio manufactures fixtures for bathroom sinks. They sell through a vendor which eventually sells it to the homebuilder and eventually to the homeowner. I, the homeowner, bought an expensive onyx sink fixture (OX-016) for $570 which has developed an series of elongated cracks which really should not have happened. I later learned that this company only has a “30 day warranty”which is seemingly worthless. Anyway, and eventually, after having gone through the vendor and home builder I dealt with Adagio. “Molly the supervisor” informed me that they would send me another for an additional $160. I was appalled and wanted to speak to someone above her, like the owner, and she hung up on me. The company should have replaced it!!! In my opinion, if you are looking for these type of products do not buy Adagio. They seem to like to pass their problems on to others, like the vendor and home builder, who gets stuck with the problems. They refuse to deal with imperfections in their products which they are responsible for. Buyer-beware with Adagio…
