Adam Kutner is a reputed lawyer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is running the law firm for quite some time where my friend was working for the past few years. But she and her colleague never thought that they’ll come across with such a terrible nightmare where they’re actually threatened by the office HR team members for supporting the state Bar’s investigation for the wrong doings of the legal professional and his firm.
My friend Miranda Tenner & her colleague Lindsay Gibbs filed a lawsuit recently at the Clark County Court for conspiracy, defamation, battery, torturous firing, improper interrogation and verbal assault. Along with that, my friend was compelled to sue office employees Keith Lyons and Teresa Egan who are no less than devils coming from hell and tortured my friend and her colleague like a nightmare.
My friend is still in the state of shock and trauma because of the unethical and monstrous mental torture they did to her soon after she came back to work from her maternity leave. According to my friend she just jumped into an openly hostile and a very abusive (verbally) environment where no one can work. But she tried initially even after Teresa Egan slammed files on her desk with a series of verbal misconduct which she can’t do to other employees according to the employee’s code of conduct of any work area. The multiple face-to-face altercations lead Tenner to the brim of her patience which drags her to file a suit against the abusive legal firm.
The firm of Adam Kutner is not only the champion torturers to their employees but they are masters in bribing the previous clients refereeing his defense services. Before visiting the firm, people must understand that they only bribe their previous clients for referrals. As a matter of fact, Lindsay Gibbs, by friend’s colleague, a full-time runner who joined work soon after suffering a spinal fracture after a sledding accident was assigned to assemble “gift baskets” where she was given stacks of $100 bills of more than $2,500 and was asked to visit Wal-Mart to purchase gift cards of $250 each that she was later on, supposed to add inside the gift baskets the firm was preparing for the former clients. It was completely a shock for Gibbs when she figured out that the firm of Adam Kutner is simply bribing the former clients as a mode of thanking them for referring various clients for defending them. Adam Kutner is sending the hampers for helping him to defend the clients.
After unveiling this truth, Gibbs argued with the seniors with the hope of an answer but the bosses stick to their rules.
Now, both the employees of Adam Kutner’s office are highly humiliated which lead them to take a legal action. Thus they filed a lawsuit at the State Bar of Nevada that started an investigation soon after receiving the complaints from the plaintiffs that also cooperated to make it a successful investigation.
Both Miranda and Lindsay didn’t thought that the worst nightmare is still about to unleash. One fine day when my friend Miranda Tenner reached office, Keith Lyons and Cynthia Douglass two human resource managers of Adam Kutner escorted Miranda to the conference room, slammed the door and started interrogating her without giving her the opportunity to call her lawyer.
According to Miranda, Lyons intricately pressurized her to retract the affidavit and she even added that Lyons clearly mentioned that she had to sign a perjurious affidavit for exculpating the law firm. My friend didn’t break down and started changing the false accusations on the affidavit when Lyons literally snatched the document from her by letting her know that she had no right to change the affidavit and she was not supposed to move until he asked her to leave and release her. Have anyone heard that a workplace HR is wearing the mask of a bad-cop and interrogating the employees that’s not only inappropriate but illegal???
They were constantly shouting at her and were abusing her verbally to make her tensed and compel her to sing the certificate and keep the firm away from all the accusations. Lyons had a strong-arm towards Tenner and after a certain time, my friend fall short of her strong will and courage and started begging Lyons to call her lawyer. Without the legal help no one can interrogate like that!!! During this time, Gibbs entered the conference room and found Miranda facing the wall standing traumatized, shaking in the utter dismay and who will be responsible for that. She was informed that when Tenner tried to move out of the conference room, Lyons and Douglass stood in front of her restraining her to leave the room until and unless they allow her to leave and that can be only done by signing the affidavit they asked her to sign.
After coming out of the conference room, Miranda was fired and Gibbs was suspended for what! For only doing what was right. They took legal step to stop Adam and his team to bribe the clients and get more clients and to stop them from torturing the clients. Do they have any answer to explain their point. I really wonder!!
None has ever heard of this previously by the unprofessional HRs at the Adam Kutner law firm are no less than the rented goons that are found against some quick cash to torture anyone you want! The firm should be sued and banned to practice law when they’re literally running their firm with no ethics, no law and no respect for their employees. They simple BRIBE their previous clients for more referrals to ensure them defense. As a matter of fact, a good lawyer is referred without pushing. But for that, along with a dedicated professional, the person is also supposed to be a good human and have respect for the employees as well as their clients. Never ever go for an interview in this firm and if you’re looking for a defense lawyer try anyone but Adam Kutner and his law firm.
