I ordered a cylinder head from the company back on Feb. 16 2008. I have not yet recieved the correct cylinder head from them. They sent me the wrong cylinder head which was not cleaned so i bet it wasn’t checked (but not sure). I called the company and sent the head back which they recieve the cylinder head back. ADC Cylinder Head company told me that it was the correct head but i had a 02 Ford Focus svt vin 5 which will only take one special head which cann’t be replaced by anyother non performance head. One other guy had said something about the calling system they have which blocks your number when you call more then two times back to back. What is that for a company to have. Then i was told it was to late for a refund because i waited to long to ask for one. (waited 3 months) So finially i called from my girlfriend’s cell and spoke to a sales guy, then was told my order was on back order and theirs nothing he could do about it. All in all its been about a year now and im still waiting for answers so i would tell anyone THIS COMPANY IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH AT ALL.
