ADE Construction Remodeling

We were ripped off also from ADE Construction/Remodeling/Gregor Kohn & Anthony DiSimone GC. They both should be in jail for fraud and ripping people off on a daily basis. They will take a 50% deposit which the standard is 10% and they will use your money until there is no money left to complete your project. They lie, cheat and make all contractors look bad. Even their 2 employees took their tools and walked off the job because of bounced checks. They will cause leins on your house eventhough you paid them and will ask you to pay for materials ewith your credit card because they wrote so many bad checks to vendors and will tell you the amount will be deducted from the balance. They never show up and cannot complete a project due to mis ahandeling of funds. The company has no money. It has been over a year since the contract was signed and only have 4 of the worst looking block walls I have ever seen. ADE should be shut down and both of these clowns should be put in jail for a long time. I am fighting to get DiSimones GC license revoked forever and doing everything in my power to have Gregor Kohn and DiSimone the GC locked up for contractor fraud. The fun has only just begun. Don’t be ripped off from these two, do not throw away your hard earned money. I will get my money back but I hate to see anyone ripped off again by these scam artists. Look up Gregor Kohn on Google or ADE construction you will be amazed at his arrest record and the number pof complaints bjut they keep on ripping people off. The stste has to get involved.
