This company closed my account with no warning whatsoever. The week my father and aunt died we were at a funeral and the next week my spouse had cancer surgery. | As soon as I noticed they had shutdown my account (which was right after the funerals), I paid to restore my account. | They showed a message on the screen saying my account was in ‘MAINTENANCE MODE’ and would be restored in 24 hours. | Well, it is now almost a week later and still no account has been restored. | I sent about 25 emails and contact forms to say either restore the account or issue a refund. They did not respond for the first 3 days of messages at all. Finally they did respond to say my account was restored. This is a flat out lie. It is NOT restored. | Still no refund. No way to contact them via phone, either.
