In January 2013 I ordered $100 worth of stuff for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. It never showed up for our anniversary (feb 3), it never skhut up for Valentine’s Day, and it never showed up for his birthday(march 25). By this time I have contacted them several times to find out when the order was coming in, I still wanted my things. At about the three month mark (when I could no longer file a complaint with my credit card company), I don’t sensations in front me that they do not have the product in stock and that I could not get a refund for the products they have not even shipped. I asked them repeatedly for my money back, or at least a credit voucher, or an idea of when these items could come in, but they refused to give me any information. Now I have had a point where they Think that I am being rude, by asking for my money on my things to come to me or at least some information. They have started not to return my emails. It is now December 10, 2013(11 months later) and I still have no word back on when I’m getting my stuff, if I can get my money back, or even when they will have it in stock. I highly recommend if you’ve ordered from this company to call your Visa card company right now and cancel The order I will never see that money again. .
